2027 Award Submissions

All submissions must be completed electronically. We will not accept hard-copy submissions. Entries will represent projects completed on or after January 2025.

Members are encouraged to resubmit eligible projects that were previously entered but not yet awarded.

Students may submit design projects completed as coursework or produced solely during an internship.

To enter a project into this competition, you will need to prepare and submit the following:

1. Basic Information + Concept Statement

• Entrant First & Last Name

• Entrant Address

• Entrant Email

• Entrant Phone Number

• Awardee Name(s): The entrant's individual name, team individual names, or firm name, if selected, who will be announced as the winner

• Concept Statement:

  • Title (3-6 words)

  • Project Description (250 words or less): include design challenges and solutions plus unique aspects of your design

2. Images/Videos

Please submit up to five (5) color images and/or videos of your completed project with a maximum file size of 2MB each. Save all images as JPG or JPEG. Save all videos as MPG, MOV, or MP$ format.

• Use the following format to name your entry images or videos:

  • Category Code_First Three Words of Concept Statement Title_Number in order of upload (01, 02, 03, 04, or 05)

• You may add the words ‘before’ or ‘after’ to your images or include floor and/or site plans in your image uploads.

• Do not reference or include your firm's or manufacturer's name/logo in the images or captions.
