2026 Award Submissions

All submissions must be completed electronically. No hard copy submissions will be accepted. Entries will represent projects completed on or after January 2024.

Members are encouraged to resubmit eligible projects that were previously entered but not yet awarded.

Students will submit design projects completed as coursework or solely produced during an internship.

To enter a project into this competition, you will need to prepare and submit the following:

1. Basic Information + Concept Statement

• Entrant First & Last Name

• Entrant Address

• Entrant Email

• Entrant Phone Number

• Awardee Name(s): The entrant's individual name, team individual names, or firm name, if selected, who will be announced as the winner

• Concept Statement: Title (3-word minimum-6-word maximum) plus a description of your entry discussing design challenges, design solutions, and the unique aspects of design offers (250-word maximum).

2. Images

Please submit 4-5 color images of your completed project with a maximum file size of 2MB. Take note of the following additional guidelines:

• Submit 4-5 color images of your entry.

• Use the following format to name your entry images:

  • Code

  • First Three Words of Your Concept Statement Title

  • Number in order of upload (01, 02, 03, etc.)

    Sample: INT01_CityLivingLarge_01.jpg

• Add captions to the image and save as a JPG or JPEG. Do not reference or include your firm's or manufacturer's name/logo in the images or captions.

3. Video in lieu of Images

In lieu of all images, you may submit one video demonstrating or showcasing your entry. Videos must be submitted in MPG, MOV, or MP4 format, with a maximum file size of 50MB and a duration of up to 90 seconds. The name of your video must follow the same format as the images.
